How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within one business day. If a requirement needs a structural mock-up before we can price it accurately, we tell you that rather than guessing at a number.
What information do you need from me?
Product dimensions at the widest point, product weight, the quantity you need, your deadline and the delivery destination. Anything else is helpful but not essential.
Do I need artwork to get a quote?
No. Pricing depends on dimensions, material, print method and quantity, not on finished artwork. Artwork comes after the specification is agreed.
Is the quote binding on me?
No. There is no obligation and no account required. A quote is a specification and a price you can compare with anything else.
What does the quote include?
Board grade, finished dimensions, print method and colour count, finishing operations, quantity, tooling position, lead time and price. Freight is quoted separately.
Can I get prices at more than one quantity?
Yes, and it is worth asking. Two quantities show you the shape of the price curve, and a modest increase in order size often lowers the unit cost noticeably.
What if I do not know what material I need?
Say so. An honest blank is more useful than a guess. Send the product weight and how it ships and we will recommend a specification.
Can I upload artwork with the request?
Yes, up to five files of 10 MB each. PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, WEBP and ZIP are accepted. Reference photos are just as useful as finished artwork at this stage.
What happens to my details?
We use them to answer this request. We do not sell or share contact data. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
