Condensation is an exterior problem
Most moisture advice concerns the inside of a pack. With chilled drinks the visible failure is outside: humid air condenses on a cold surface and an uncoated carrier goes soft in the customer’s hand within minutes.
That needs a barrier on the outside face. It is a different specification from the moisture-resistant board used for long humid storage, and one does not substitute for the other.
Weight per unit drives the structure
Glass bottles are heavy and unforgiving: they need corrugated dividers to stop bottle-on-bottle contact and a base that will not blow out under the full load. Cans and cartons are lighter and can run a lighter board throughout.
Send the filled weight of a full pack rather than the number of units. Six light cans and six glass bottles are not the same packaging problem.

Why does my carrier go soft in the customer’s hand?
Surface condensation. Humid air condenses on a chilled pack and uncoated board absorbs it within minutes. It needs a barrier on the outside face — an interior liner does not help.
Do I need dividers between bottles?
For glass, almost always. Bottle-on-bottle contact is the main breakage cause, and corrugated dividers cost far less than the breakages they prevent.
What board do I need for a six-bottle carrier?
That depends on the filled weight rather than the count. Send the weight of a full pack and we will grade the base to it — base blow-out is the failure that matters here.
Can beverage packaging go through a chiller?
Yes, with an exterior barrier coating. Without one, uncoated board will soften from condensation while it is in the cabinet, before a customer ever touches it.
Can you produce carriers for cans as well as bottles?
Yes, and cans allow a lighter specification throughout because they are lighter and far more robust than glass.
Do you supply beverage gift sets?
Yes. Those are usually a rigid box with a fitted insert holding the bottles apart, which is the same protection logic as a carrier with a presentation finish over it.
Are your beverage packs recyclable?
Board carriers generally are, provided the coating is aqueous rather than a plastic film laminate. Tell us if recyclability is a printed claim and we will stay on the aqueous side.
What is the minimum order for beverage packaging?
A flat 100 units on any format, enough to run a batch or a seasonal release before committing.
How do I run seasonal variants affordably?
Hold one carrier structure and change a printed sleeve or label per release. Each variant then carries a small setup rather than a full one.
