Soap Labels and Packaging hold a combined order covering both the label and the box or wrap around the soap. That is the starting point for the specification, because combining an order saves setup, not specification. Each component still needs its own stock.
In service they are used for small producers buying their whole packaging requirement in one go.
Soap Labels and Packaging are specified for small producers buying their whole packaging requirement in one go. Combining an order saves setup, not specification. Each component still needs its own stock.
Different stocks within one order, grouped where press requirements genuinely align.
The options we would consider for this format are below; combining an order saves setup, not specification. Each component still needs its own stock.
Design them together even though they are made separately — the label sits on the carton and must relate to it.
Digital label press, Flexography, Screen printing for heavy ink lay are all available for this format. Run length usually decides which is cheapest: digital removes the plate cost on short quantities, offset and flexo overtake it at volume.
Four things drive a quote more than anything else: the quantity, the print route, the board grade and the number of finishing passes. Dimensions matter too, but usually through how efficiently the shape nests on the press sheet.
Prices start from $0.30 per piece for large-volume orders. If a cheaper route exists we say so at quoting rather than after the invoice.

The finishes below are quoted line by line. Each is an additional pass, so dropping one is a real saving rather than a rounding difference.
Two items with different requirements, quoted together.
Send the contents rather than a box size. Ordering together is assumed to mean identical specification, which it should not.
Supply vector artwork with a clearly marked cut line as a separate spot colour, and hold text 2 mm inside the die.
Supply a print-ready PDF or vector file with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi. Our prepress team checks every file before a proof is issued. On a die-cut face the check that matters most is clearance between live copy and the cut edge.
Tell us what goes inside, how many you need and when. Those three answers are enough for us to specify and price the job properly.
You approve the quote, we send the dieline, prepress proofs it, and production follows. The proof stage is where changes are still free.
Foil, soft-touch and deboss all read differently in person than on a screen, so we recommend a printed prototype rather than a digital proof alone for anything finish-led.
Sample costs are normally credited against the production order.

Specification, minimums and lead times for soap labels and packaging.
On offset and flexo we hold the ink formulation, which gives a tight match run to run. Digital has a wider tolerance. If exact consistency across repeat runs matters more than short-run economics, we will quote the litho route.
At the widest point, which is frequently not the base, and including the cap or pump. Send us the actual container if you can — a measurement from a drawing misses flex and applied label thickness, and both decide whether soap labels and packaging close cleanly.
More than most brands allow for. Ingredient copy and any warnings compete directly with the design, and adding them late usually forces a reflow. We block the area on the dieline before you commit design time.
It matters more than most buyers expect. Adhesive keys differently to glass, coated card, matte plastic and cold or damp surfaces. Tell us the substrate and the application temperature and we will match the adhesive.
All 50 US states, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, on the same timeline everywhere: 3 to 5 business days of production after artwork approval, then 5 to 7 business days in transit. Every run is made to order and shipped directly to your address rather than pulled from stock, so you receive current production rather than whatever has been sitting in a warehouse. Freight is costed separately by weight, volume and destination. Roll-form work travels well and takes very little space, so freight is rarely the deciding cost on this format even at high quantities.
Every run is cut to your dimensions — there are no stock sizes here. Send the product measurements rather than a box size and we will build the label around them, then send a dieline template you can design onto.
We issue a dieline template sized to your product, prepress checks your artwork against it, and a proof comes back for sign-off. Nothing runs until you approve that proof, and labels then take 3 to 5 business days.
Yes. Once a first run is approved we hold the board, structure, dimensions, print method and finishes against your account, so a reorder references the same specification exactly rather than being re-derived. That includes the ink formulation, which is what keeps a brand colour consistent between runs rather than drifting a shade each time.
Recycled grades are available across most of the substrates we run for labels. Recycled content, kerbside recyclability and certified compostability are three different claims though, so tell us which one you intend to print.
A print-ready PDF or a vector file, with fonts outlined and any raster images at 300 dpi at final size. We supply the dieline to design onto, and prepress checks bleed, safe area and crease clearance before issuing a proof. On a die-cut face, keep live copy clear of the cut edge — a small amount of movement on the die is normal and copy set to the edge will lose it on some of the run.
A flat 100 units on any format. Most labels in this range are quoted from 100 units upward because unit cost falls sharply above that, but the minimum exists so you can validate a structure first.
3 to 5 business days after artwork approval, plus freight. Label runs with applied finishes can take longer because each finish is a separate pass, and we confirm a firm date in writing with the quote.
