Name, email, phone and what you are packing and the finish you have in mind. Attach artwork if you have it. We reply with a specification and a written price, usually within one business day.
Personalized Candle Labels hold candle labelling where names, dates or messages vary per unit. That is the starting point for the specification, because keep variable text near the centre of the label, where the curve is least pronounced.
In service they are used for wedding favours, gifts and personalised retail where each label differs.

Digital printing with variable data, on a heat-tolerant stock as with any candle label.
The options we would consider for this format are below; keep variable text near the centre of the label, where the curve is least pronounced.
Send the data source early — the variable field has to be reserved before anything is designed around it.
Digital label press, Flexography, Screen printing for heavy ink lay are all available for this format. Run length usually decides which is cheapest: digital removes the plate cost on short quantities, offset and flexo overtake it at volume.
Four things drive a quote more than anything else: the quantity, the print route, the board grade and the number of finishing passes. Dimensions matter too, but usually through how efficiently the shape nests on the press sheet.
Prices start from $0.30 per piece for large-volume orders. If a cheaper route exists we say so at quoting rather than after the invoice.

Every finish listed here is its own pass through the line, so each one is priced on its own rather than folded into a single figure.
Standard vessel label sizes, in short runs with variable content.
Send the contents rather than a box size. The variable field is positioned for the flat artwork rather than for how it sits on a curved jar.
Supply vector artwork with a clearly marked cut line as a separate spot colour, and hold text 2 mm inside the die.
Supply a print-ready PDF or vector file with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi. Our prepress team checks every file before a proof is issued. On a die-cut face the check that matters most is clearance between live copy and the cut edge.
Start with dimensions and quantity. If you already run something similar, a physical sample tells us more in a minute than a specification does in a page.
You approve the quote, we send the dieline, prepress proofs it, and production follows. The proof stage is where changes are still free.
Foil, soft-touch and deboss all read differently in person than on a screen, so we recommend a printed prototype rather than a digital proof alone for anything finish-led.
Sample costs are normally credited against the production order.

In practice
Standard vessel label sizes, in short runs with variable content.
Variable text is placed where the vessel curves most, so it distorts and becomes hard to read.
Specified for wedding favours, gifts and personalised retail where each label differs.

Specification, minimums and lead times for personalized candle labels.
At the widest point, which is frequently not the base, and including the cap or pump. Send us the actual container if you can — a measurement from a drawing misses flex and applied label thickness, and both decide whether personalized candle labels close cleanly.
More than most brands allow for. Ingredient copy and any warnings compete directly with the design, and adding them late usually forces a reflow. We block the area on the dieline before you commit design time.
On offset and flexo we hold the ink formulation, which gives a tight match run to run. Digital has a wider tolerance. If exact consistency across repeat runs matters more than short-run economics, we will quote the litho route.
It matters more than most buyers expect. Adhesive keys differently to glass, coated card, matte plastic and cold or damp surfaces. Tell us the substrate and the application temperature and we will match the adhesive.
A print-ready PDF or a vector file, with fonts outlined and any raster images at 300 dpi at final size. We supply the dieline to design onto, and prepress checks bleed, safe area and crease clearance before issuing a proof. On a die-cut face, keep live copy clear of the cut edge — a small amount of movement on the die is normal and copy set to the edge will lose it on some of the run.
A flat 100 units on any format. Most labels in this range are quoted from 100 units upward because unit cost falls sharply above that, but the minimum exists so you can validate a structure first.
3 to 5 business days after artwork approval, plus freight. Label runs with applied finishes can take longer because each finish is a separate pass, and we confirm a firm date in writing with the quote.
Prices start from $0.30 per piece for large-volume orders. For this format the biggest levers are quantity, print route, board grade and how many finishing passes are involved. We quote each element separately so you can see where the money is going. Finishing passes are the lever buyers most often underestimate: each one is a separate run through the line.
Yes. We can send a plain unprinted sample so you can check the fit and structure, or a printed prototype for colour and finish. Sample costs are normally credited against the production order. Ask for the printed prototype rather than the plain sample if the question is finish — soft-touch, foil and deboss all read differently in the hand than on a screen.
Send the current specification or a physical sample and we will quote to match it rather than proposing an alternative you would then have to re-approve internally. A physical sample tells us more than a specification sheet — board caliper and coating are usually described loosely and measured exactly.
All 50 US states, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, on the same timeline everywhere: 3 to 5 business days of production after artwork approval, then 5 to 7 business days in transit. Every run is made to order and shipped directly to your address rather than pulled from stock, so you receive current production rather than whatever has been sitting in a warehouse. Freight is costed separately by weight, volume and destination. Roll-form work travels well and takes very little space, so freight is rarely the deciding cost on this format even at high quantities.
Every run is cut to your dimensions — there are no stock sizes here. Send the product measurements rather than a box size and we will build the label around them, then send a dieline template you can design onto.
